GitHub Project GraphQL 쿼리 페이지네이션 버그 발견+수정. 119개 항목 중 100개만 조회 → 9건 PR이 매 heartbeat 재등록되던 원인. HEARTBEAT.md에 페이지네이션 가이드 추가
